Rugby

 

This morning my class and I had rugby for sport auckland. Rugby was kinda fun because we had to get a belt and a red or green tag then we got into partners. Then our partners had to stand opposite of us then when the coach calls rat or rabbits your partner has to try and take your tag. Then whatever colour tag we have we get in one line and then the person in the front has to past it down, then they have to run to the last person then run back to the start and the first group to get to the first person then you win. Then after that we played netball rugby and it was kinda fun but I still tried. Before we left to go back to class we played ball rush.

Earthworms

Last week my class and I were learning about earthworms. We got into groups of 2 and worked together, so my friend and I did a slide of earthworms like it's habitat (where they live), physical appearance and reproduction.

Basic Facts Assessement

Today I did a prototec timed tested and I got 76%. Addition and subtraction, I need to focus on my times tables and division because It's quite difficult because the time goes fast.

Today I did prototec and it was timed and I got 61% on stage 5. I need to work on my addition, multiplication and division because its kinda difficult when I'm trying to work it put. I think that I should practise everyday at home so I can get better at it.

DLO Mystery Solving

Today we did mystery solving. We found it a bit hard to figure out who was guilty. The person who was guilty was Jonathan because his eyes were red and he never went to sleep.

Acute, right, obtuse and straight

Today I did acute, right, obtuse and straight. I got 7 correct and 3 incorrect, some of the questions 

were quite difficult and some were not. I think that I should learn my angles 

so I can get the answers correct instead of incorrect.

Times tables test

Today I did a times tables test and I got 11 correct and 0 incorrect and I also got 195 points. I did 2 times tables because it was easy. I think that I should try and do a higher level like 11, 10 or 12 so that I can get better at it.  

Maths trainer

Today I did Maths trainer and some of the questions were hard and I also had

 to solve it fast.

Today I did hit the button and my score was 33 out of 33. I did doubles to 10 and I think that 

it was easy because I already knew the answers I think that I should try to do harder ones.

Tables test

Today I did a tables test and I got 9 correct and 2 incorrect. I did 12 times tables and it was 

really difficult to solve because the timer was going really fast.

WALT: Solve word problems using the best strategy we know

Today we have been doing problem solving  and we had to work as a team to try and get the answers and we were using almost every problem with algorithm.

E-ako

Today I did E-ako and I got 

80 points It wasn't that easy 

some were hard and some were 

difficult 

Number bonds to 20

 

Today I did Number bonds to 20 and my score was 310 it wasn't 

that 

hard I just had to make the numbers up to 20.

Number bonds to 10

 

Today I did number bonds to 20 and my score was 480 because 

I made it up to 10 and it was a easy

 I need to try 20 because 10 is easy.

Adding numbers to 100

Today I did adding numbers to 100 and I got all of the answers right. I need to  try harder ones and I need to count in my head and also in 5s and 2s.

Today I did hit the button and I got 31

 out of 31 I think I need  to try another 

level like doubles to 15 or 20 because I need to try higher levels.

Today I did hit the button and I got 28 out of 28 because it was easy. I think
 that I should try another level that's not to easy like 10 to 15 that's hard a little
bit because it is timed.

Math trainer

Today I did my maths task and it was called maths trainer. I think that maths trainer would be a good task for me the reason why it would be good is because it teaches you about your divisions, take away, times tables and addition.
